The method of stamping is reverse stamping, or embossing. Embossed characters protrude from the data plate, like letters and numbers on a credit card. For a quote please email or write with an exact description of your embossing requirements.

NB: CHASSIS PLATE STAMPING IN THE UK. You must provide: a blank data plate to be stamped with either the original data plate showing exactly what you want stamped and where it is to be stamped on the plate, or a drawing of the data plate with the information printed exactly as you want embossed on the blank data plate. In cases where a chassis or VIN plate is to be stamped, the plate will only be supplied following receipt of a copy of your log book/registration document with your name and address proving you are the legal owner. If you send the original plate along with the blank, and just want it reproduced exactly as originally stamped, because of deterioration of the original tag, etc, there will be no need to send any other proof of ownership.

Complete door frame sets are now available for the RP saloon and MK2 Ruby. Sets for the PD tourer and 2 door Big Seven are coming soon with other models to follow. The frames are in kiln-dried American ash and are fully machined, so should require little or no fettling to fit into your door skins.
